No. Sendmoat stops at the pre-send decision record. Queueing, sending, and delivery happen elsewhere and cannot be inferred from its outcomes.
What consent evidence should I provide?
Provide the ledger or documented legal basis your team relies on for the intended audience and message. Rows without the required evidence are rejected for review.
How are unsubscribed recipients handled?
An address present on the applicable unsubscribe or suppression list is rejected with that reason and cannot receive a completed pre-send outcome.
What happens to duplicate rows?
A repeated message key is marked as a duplicate and ignored, so it cannot create a second durable item in the batch record.
Does a completed outcome mean the email was delivered?
No. It means only that the row passed the supplied pre-send evidence checks. It does not mean queued, sent, accepted, delivered, or placed in an inbox.
